Cookies are my thing so I have lots of easy recipes. Here is one PEANUT BUTTER CHOC CHIP COOKIES125g butter½ teasp vanilla½ teasp grated lemon rind1/3 cup sugar1/3 cup brown sugar1/3 cup peanut butter1 ¼ cups plain flour1 teasp bicarb soda½ packet choc bitsPreheat oven to 180°/160°C fan forced. Line baking tray with glad bake or similar. Cream butter, vanilla, lemon, sugars and peanut butter. Stir in flour and bicarb soda and choc bits. Roll into ball and placed on trays and bake 15 minutes. Cool on trays.If you would like more just email me or buy a packet of Reece’s Pieces and make up the recipe on the back.
